Flexibus Update – A new Flexibus app

From 1 April, you’ll need to use the new, dedicated Flexibus app or online booking portal to book your trips. Bookings for 1 April are due to open on 25 March, so you can prebook up to seven days in advance. After 31 March the current Ride Pingo app can no longer be used to book Flexibus. You will still be able to book by phone on 01273 078203 between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Also, please note that Flexibus will no longer operate on Saturdays but will continue on the busiest days Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.
